to join our Business Office team and play a vital role in supporting our school community. Position Details Department:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employment Type:
Hourly, non-exempt, 12-month position Compensation:
$26.00 - $31.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications Benefits:

What You'll Do
As our HR Coordinator, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to our HR team while working in a vibrant school environment. Key Responsibilities Include:
Employee Support:
Assist with onboarding new team members, provide HRIS system support, and answer general HR questions File Management:
Maintain electronic personnel files, manage document retention, and ensure compliance with record-keeping policies Benefits Administration:
Support benefit enrollment processes and open enrollment events Compliance:
Handle employment verifications, and ensure state/federal posting compliance Administrative Tasks:
Process invoices, generate reports, coordinate training events, and support special HR projects Data Management:
Maintain HRIS system integrity and generate various reports as needed What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Proven work experience in a human resources environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion Strong time management skills Customer service orientation with a professional demeanor Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs Preferred Qualifications: Experience with digital filing systems and document management (Dynafile or cloud-based platforms) Prior experience in a school, nonprofit, or small office setting Bilingual Spanish skills Why You'll Love Working Here Be part of a supportive educational community Work in a
