The Company is seeking a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to lead its most strategic client relationships and drive transformative financial outcomes. The CGO will be responsible for shaping the client engagement strategy, leading a high-performing team, and championing innovation to unlock new levels of value across all lines of business. This role is highly visible and focused on deepening client partnerships, maximizing strategic impact, and delivering measurable business results. The successful candidate will be a visionary dealmaker, a trusted advisor to the C-suite, and a catalyst for growth, with a relentless focus on net new business and long-term retention.

Key responsibilities for the CGO include collaboration to champion the voice of the customer, people development and leadership, relationship development and expansion, client experience and retention, and driving client-centric insights. The role also involves defining and executing enterprise-wide client strategies, leading account planning, and developing market-aligned commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' executive experience in strategic client management or business development. They should have a proven track record in leading and growing multi-million-dollar client portfolios, expertise in strategic sales, account management, marketing, and financial oversight, and a deep understanding of market dynamics and innovation in service-based industries. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, as is the ability to make data-driven decisions and influence outcomes in decentralized environments.
