About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Client Growth to spearhead the acquisition of new business, expand client relationships within vertical markets, and ensure long-term growth and retention. This dynamic executive will be responsible for leading prospecting, qualification, and development of new business, as well as cultivating senior-level relationships with client decision-makers. The role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in generating new business, closing high-value deals, and building long-term relationships. The successful candidate will oversee account planning, lead vertical expansion efforts, and guide cross-functional teams in retention and growth strategies.

Applicants for the Vice President, Client Growth position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) and 5-10 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires expertise in strategic sales, account management, and financial oversight, as well as strong negotiation, executive communication, and stakeholder relationship skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, and be willing to travel up to 50%. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, leading the full sales cycle, and ensuring long-term client value and satisfaction. The role also involves cross-functional collaboration, proposal and negotiation leadership, and financial strategy alignment.
