About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for the Northeast Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of multiple accounts, with a focus on driving improvement in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention. This role involves managing all facets of the area, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, and requires full P&L accountability. The VPO will be tasked with galvanizing a team under a common growth and operations platform, ensuring the delivery of operational excellence, and identifying innovative services and solutions to meet client requirements.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10-12 years' of progressive experience in general management, with a preference for those in the food, facilities, or retail service sector. The role demands a proven leader with a strong background in managing client relationships, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to lead a highly productive team. The VPO will be expected to develop and maintain operational strategies, inspire change, and implement new business processes in partnership with senior team members and key stakeholders. A successful candidate will have a balanced perspective on strategic and tactical issues, be adept at business planning, and have a track record of managing multiple projects and resources effectively.
