About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the overall operation of multiple accounts, with a focus on driving improvement in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of the area, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, and will be accountable for full P&L management. This role requires the development and maintenance of operational strategies, the leadership of a high-performing team, and the continuous delivery of operational excellence. The VPO will also be tasked with identifying and implementing innovative services and solutions to meet client requirements and will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the organization's success.
