About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee the overall operation of multiple accounts, with a focus on driving improvement in operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all facets of the area, including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, and will be accountable for full P&L management. This role requires the development and maintenance of operational strategies, the leadership of a high-performing team, and the continuous delivery of operational excellence. The VPO will also be tasked with identifying and implementing innovative services and solutions to meet client requirements and will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the organization's success.

Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum of 10-12 years' experience in general management with full P&L responsibility, preferably in the food, facilities, or retail service sector. The role demands a proven track record in leadership, client relationship management, and the ability to drive business process improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong business planning skills, be adept at managing multiple projects, and have a talent for selecting and developing top talent. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to work with a range of audiences, from front-line managers to C-level leaders.
