We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring that our office runs smoothly. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage administrative tasks will be essential in supporting our operations and enhancing the overall experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel

- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff

- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and organized

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
