Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a Contract-to-permanent position within the payments industry, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic call center environment. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering exceptional customer experiences while leveraging various tools and systems to address inquiries efficiently. Fluent in Spanish is required!
Shift: Tuesday - Friday 3:00pm - 2:00am EST
Responsibilities:
• Open and manage trouble tickets to resolve specific customer issues promptly.
• Clearly explain product options, features, and associated charges to customers.
• Utilize designated customer service tools and applications to provide timely and accurate support.
• Follow established procedures to address routine problems, seeking guidance as needed.
• Monitor and maintain quality scores and call center performance metrics.
• Encourage customers to access self-service tools, including web-based options.
• Inform customers about promotions, new products, and available upgrades.
• Provide accurate rate quotes and promote prepayment options to customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the customer service team.
• Fluent in Spanish
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center setting.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to research and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Skilled in email correspondence and clear, precise communication.
• Experience providing accurate customer quotes.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with navigating customer service applications and tools.
• Ability to meet performance metrics and maintain quality standards.
