We are looking for a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Halethorpe, Maryland. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong HR expertise who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role will involve managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Manage employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution, to maintain a positive work environment.
• Administer benefits programs and handle related functions to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Conduct background checks and manage legal forms to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Utilize HR systems, such as Paycom and applicant tracking systems, to streamline administrative tasks.
• Coordinate pay adjustments, promotions, and other compensation-related activities.
• Provide administrative support for labor and employee relations matters.
• Draft and review legal correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support staffing efforts, particularly for warehousing roles, by collaborating with department managers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all HR activities.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources administration.
• Proficiency in HR systems, including Paycom and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong knowledge of legal forms and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing employee relations and conducting investigations.
• Familiarity with benefit administration and compensation processes.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to handle staffing and recruiting for diverse roles, including warehousing.
