Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will support document creation and formatting, as well as general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat, and comfortable working independently on time-sensitive projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft new legal agreements in Microsoft Word using existing templates as reference (without copy-pasting due to embedded formatting issues).
  • Recreate formatting and styles from legacy documents to ensure clean, professional output.
  • Convert Word documents into fillable PDF forms using Adobe Acrobat.
  • Provide general administrative support including document management, scheduling assistance, and internal communications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive legal and business documents.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, formatting, layout).
  • Strong experience with Adobe Acrobat, especially in creating fillable PDFs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with legal or formal business documentation.
  • Familiarity with administrative workflows and office support tool
