Position Overview
LHH is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our client's team on an ongoing contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment and is passionate about making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to program managers and leadership staff.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist with intake coordination and case documentation.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and internal teams with professionalism and empathy.
- Support data entry and reporting for program activities.
- Help coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and community events.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a nonprofit or social services setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic database systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
