Adecco Staffing is working with a customer in Newton, MA to bring on Front Desk Associates at a hotel. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours.

Pay:

$20-$22 per hour Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 3:30 PM - 11:00 PM Type:

Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Job Description: We are looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Manage reservations and room assignments Handle payments and provide receipts Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Keep the front desk area clean and organized

Requirements:

Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer proficiency Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus Must be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour
