Overview

This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. The Business Relationship Director - Hospitality is a senior consultative field sales position within Spectrum Business. Individuals in this position are responsible for voice, data, managed services, and video network infrastructure sales within the national vertical sales segment focused on major brand hospitality customers. Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales account plans for assigned portfolios, including clearly defined strategies that maximize revenue opportunities Build executive relationships in the named hospitality brands to develop credibility, brand recognition, and sales success nationally in concert with the local Spectrum sales teams Work with the named hospitality brands and internal organizations to acquire qualified/preferred vendor status Work with the named hospitality brands and internal organizations to negotiate and complete MSAs Lead efforts to cross functionally develop business cases when necessary to further development efforts to achieve brand standards Understand the communication needs of enterprise business clients and design solutions to meet those complex business needs Conduct face-to-face consultative needs analysis interviews with prospective customers Prepare and present professional sales proposals and presentations that align with client business goals and objectives Self-generates leads through industry networking, trade shows, prospecting, and working defined “named account” lists Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Work in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales engineering, sales support, and marketing personnel Attend all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management May perform other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Demonstrated success as a top sales performer, consistently exceeding revenue quota Proven business-to-business sales experience with “C level” decision makers Demonstrated working knowledge of computer networking, LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber-connected networks Highly effective presentation, closing, and negotiation skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Valid and active State driver’s license and safe driving record Required Education

Required Education Bachelors Degree from a four-year College or university, or equivalent training, education and experience Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
