Business Relationship Director - Hospitality, Spectrum Business Join to apply for the Business Relationship Director - Hospitality, Spectrum Business role at Spectrum. This role is a senior consultative field sales position focused on voice, data, managed services, and video network infrastructure sales within the national hospitality vertical. Base pay range is provided; actual pay is based on skills and experience. Base pay range $105,800.00/yr - $225,120.00/yr Employment eligibility This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales account plans for assigned portfolios, including clearly defined strategies that maximize revenue opportunities.
Build executive relationships with named hospitality brands to develop credibility, brand recognition, and sales success nationally in concert with local Spectrum sales teams.
Work with named hospitality brands and internal organizations to acquire qualified/preferred vendor status.
Negotiate and complete MSAs with named hospitality brands and internal organizations.
Lead cross-functional development of business cases to advance brand standards.
Understand the communication needs of enterprise business clients and design solutions to meet complex business needs.
Conduct face-to-face consultative needs analysis interviews with prospective customers.
Prepare and present professional sales proposals and presentations aligned with client business goals and objectives.
Self-generate leads through industry networking, trade shows, prospecting, and named account lists.
Maintain all sales databases to report sales activity and customer information.
Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Collaborate with sales engineering, sales support, and marketing personnel; attend all required meetings and training; may perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge:
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
Demonstrated success as a top sales performer, consistently exceeding revenue quota.
Proven B2B sales experience with C-level decision makers.
Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and high-capacity/fiber-connected networks.
Strong presentation, closing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Valid and active State driver’s license and safe driving record.
Education: Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent training, education and experience.
Related Work Experience: Technology experience - 8+ years.
Preferred Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively with C-levels/executives.
