The position is a hybrid work schedule in SF, CA. You must have a willingness and ability to travel to San Francisco for hybrid work as needed based on business needs, some weeks you will be fully on-site in the office 5 days a week, other weeks it will be fully remote when the team is travelling and not around. Annual Base Salary is between $50k - $80k depending on experience. If you need a little bit more $ let me know and we can talk about it they might be able to flex for the right candidate. Position offers base salary + long-term growth trajectory as well as regular medical, dental and PTO benefits, + internal mobility options etc.

Must meet 90% of the below requirements to be considered:

  • Apologies, this client isn’t able to offer Visa or other kind of sponsorship at this time.

  • Must be flexible to work fully on-site 5 days a week in SF, CA, hybrid, or fully remote depending on the week and business needs of the team.

  • 1–7 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.

  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a must. The role involves shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and high-volume tasks.

  • Proven ability to stay calm under pressure, manage time efficiently, and remain highly organized.

  • Must be trustworthy—you’ll be handling sensitive information, including company credit card details for business expenses.

  • Comfortable with tasks such as:

    • Registering guests in the lobby

    • Helping implement office policies

    • Arranging travel

    • Processing expense reports

  • Tools & Tech Proficiency (Ideally All): Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace tools, Slack, Salesforce, ChatGPT (or similar AI tools)

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
