Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our Atlanta-based team. This role requires a detail-oriented and personable professional to provide outstanding support to our customers by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Assist clients with product or service-related questions and concerns
  • Process orders, forms, and applications accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain updated knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow communication procedures and guidelines to maintain high service standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer service software
