* Participate in the Sebago Bootcamp, transitioning your academic knowledge into real-world skills. * Contribute to civil projects across Maine while learning from experienced professionals. * Assist with site development, infrastructure design, permitting, and planning. * Collaborate with a diverse, multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions. * Build your skills and professional confidence in a supportive, high-energy environment.

What We're Looking For We want to connect with Civil Engineers who:
* Have recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. * EIT certification is preferred but not required. * Are eager to learn, grow, and tackle new challenges with creativity and enthusiasm. * Possess a strong foundation in conventional site design, infrastructure, and environmental concepts. * Have familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D/Land Development, or other design software (course experience is fine!). * Communicate clearly and are excited to contribute to collaborative project teams.
