The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications plan that enhances the company's reputation as a thought leader in child and family services. This includes overseeing brand awareness campaigns, leading media and public relations, and ensuring consistent, compelling messaging that supports both fundraising and the mission. The role also involves mentoring a team, managing external relationships, and contributing to strategic planning and budgeting. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing and Communications position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years' of experience in marketing and communications, or 10+ years' of experience without a degree.
