Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Associate

As a vital member of our team, the Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Associate will collaborate closely with both wholesale and retail customers to identify their needs, answer their product inquiries, and recommend tailored solutions. Your role will also involve promptly addressing customer concerns, ensuring maximum satisfaction while consistently meeting our sales objectives. This position provides the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will stay informed about product features and help maintain the high quality and visual standards of our store. Key responsibilities include: Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Foster productive relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately while adhering to policies and procedures. Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Retrieve and prepare products for customers from the sales floor or warehouse. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Organize shelves and create attractive displays. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Participate in deliveries when necessary. Keep assigned areas stocked and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and discuss options with customers. Adhere to inventory control procedures. Propose strategies to enhance sales. To qualify, candidates must meet the following requirements: Be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future. Possess the ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in both English and Spanish. Be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Possess flexibility to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
