We are looking for a dynamic team member to join our Workplace Experience group, delivering exceptional service and operational support across multiple facets of the office environment. This role is key to fostering a welcoming, efficient, and professional atmosphere for both employees and visitors. Responsibilities include front desk support, coordination of meeting spaces, travel assistance, and prompt handling of critical communications.
What You’ll Do
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to employees, clients, and guests.
- Deliver prompt, high-quality service across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth, consistent operations.
- Partner with other departments to route inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Act as a go-to resource for workplace-related requests, from logistics to event coordination.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and care.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proactive mindset with the ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently when needed.
Your Background
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar environment (hospitality, reception, call center, facilities, or administrative support).
- Prior exposure to professional services or corporate environments a plus.
