Base pay range $50.00/hr - $70.00/hr IT Support Lead (Part-Time, Onsite – San Francisco) Type: Part-Time, Contract (20 hours/week, flexible) Duration: 6 months with potential to extend or convert to full-time Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). A San Francisco-based investment firm is seeking a polished and proactive IT Support Lead to serve as the in-house face of IT. This is a part-time, onsite role supporting approximately 50 users, with a focus on hands-on troubleshooting, vendor management, and systems integration. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the go-to tech resource. What You’ll Do: Provide Tier I/II support for Microsoft Surface devices, iPads, Office365, Zoom Rooms, Teams, and SharePoint Triage and resolve end-user issues while managing escalations with the firm’s MSP Support integrations with CRM and data tools (e.g., DealCloud, Tableau) Act as the in-house IT lead during an upcoming office relocation (early 2026) Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations for ~50 employees (35 onsite) What You Bring: 5–10 years of IT support experience Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Experience working with MSPs and supporting Microsoft environments (Outlook, Excel, Word, Azure) Familiarity with Zoom Rooms, Teams, and common office hardware Equal Employment Opportunity Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
