Part Time Cleaning 7am-11am at The TJX Companies, Inc. Marshalls store location in Delafield, WI.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor care equipment including scrubber and buffer
• Dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning glass and windows
• Maintain all floor care cleanliness standards
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs
• Support and respond to Front End coverage needs
• Uphold merchandising philosophy, signage standards, and store recovery as needed
• Communicate accurately and effectively with management and associates
• Adhere to labor laws and policies including meal and break periods
• Participate in safety awareness to maintain a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements & Benefits

Starting pay range: $13.00 to $13.50 per hour. Actual starting pay determined by factors including skills, qualifications, and experience.
