What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop software solutions that meet customer requirements with a focus on performance and availability
Collaborate with product managers and principal software engineers to translate requirements into detailed designs
Optimize and refactor code to enhance performance and maintainability
Write secure code and improve existing applications\' security measures
Mentor and coach other software engineers through design and code reviews
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience working in a software development team environment
3+ years of experience creating applications in an object-oriented environment (e.g., C#, .NET)
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MS SQL, MongoDB)
Familiarity with microservices and REST APIs
Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS; or 4 years of equivalent work experience with a high school diploma/GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP)
Familiarity with data streaming and messaging frameworks (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Growth mindset open to feedback
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative workplace
