Area Director | Hospitality Executive | Board Member | Strategic Planner. We are looking for an enthusiastic, service-driven General Manager for a busy neighborhood restaurant. You will lead a phenomenal team in an upscale, high-volume restaurant with an emphasis on outstanding food and service in a sophisticated, yet comfortable environment. You will project a positive brand image through outstanding hospitality and commitment to guest service. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a high-performing team in a busy, upscale restaurant. Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and consistent service standards. Uphold brand image through hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with leadership to drive performance and growth within the organization. Qualifications
3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, upscale environment Excellent communication skills Commitment to providing exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences Comfort with technology platforms such as POS, reservations, inventory management software, and scheduling/employee communication tools Expertise in staff development, including coaching, training, and leading a team Benefits & Details
