Global Marketing Manager

Position Summary: The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing Perma-Pipe's worldwide marketing strategy to strengthen brand equity, increase market awareness, and support revenue growth across all regions. This role ensures consistent positioning of Perma-Pipe's engineered piping solutions in global markets, drives digital and customer-centric engagement, and provides marketing intelligence to inform business development and investor relations. The successful candidate will balance global brand stewardship with regional market needs, advancing Perma-Pipe's vision of sustainable growth, innovation, and a high-performance culture. Essential Job Functions: Global Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with Perma-Pipe's corporate objectives and regional growth priorities; Lead integrated campaigns across regions to support strategic focus areas; Collaborate with leaders to adapt messaging to local markets, maintaining global brand; Brand & Corporate Communications Ensure consistency across all geographies and communication channels; Support Investor Relations and Corporate Communications to align customer, shareholder, and public messaging; Oversee development of global content, including product positioning, case studies, digital campaigns, videos, and technical materials; Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement Drive global digital initiatives including website, SEO/SEM, automation, and social media; Develop digital campaigns and tools that enhance customer engagement and lead generation across markets; Measure customer sentiment globally and integrate feedback into strategy; Market Intelligence & Business Development Support Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs; Provide data and insights to support strategy, regional sales, and business development; Collaborate with Estimating and Sales teams to create globally aligned proposals, presentations, and pursuit strategies; Analytics & Performance Management Define and monitor global marketing KPIs, including brand awareness, digital reach, pipeline contribution, and ROI on campaigns; Provide quarterly marketing performance updates to executive leadership and board-level presentations when required; Benchmark Perma-Pipe against peers to identify opportunities for market differentiation; Collaboration & Leadership Act as global point of contact for marketing; Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and industry associations; Provide guidance and coaching to regional marketing staff or shared resources; Other duties as assigned. Working Relationships/Reporting: Reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Americas and works closely with sales, operations, engineering, and various teams across group. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred. Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a global role, ideally in industrial manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure. Proven record of building global marketing programs that drive brand awareness and support revenue growth. Experience managing global digital platforms, integrated campaigns, and trade show/events across multiple geographies.
