Minimum Requirements REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years, within the last six (6) years, of telecommunications experience with primary responsibility for planning, programming, troubleshooting, implementing, and recommending computerized telephone switching systems, including voice mail.
Experience must be with an employer that utilizes large VoIP telephone systems and/or multiple PBX switches and/or Unified Communications applications. Experience must be clearly on the Work Experience section of the application.
Desired Qualifications Education in communication technology, certifications in Cisco voice solutions, and experience with VoIP, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, Call Center applications, Unified Communications applications and VXTracker Telecom Management system is highly desirable.
