Ideal Partners Staffing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee development, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will bring proven HR leadership experience from Financial Services, Banking, or CPA industries, with a strong ability to balance regulatory compliance, employee relations, and strategic business goals. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, hiring, onboarding, and training. Administer employee performance reviews and provide guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, including workforce planning, retention, succession planning, and talent development. Provide support on complex employee issues such as accommodations, investigations, and policy enforcement. Oversee employee benefits administration (health, dental, vision, AFLAC, and 401(k)) and manage open enrollment. Administer Workers’ Compensation claims and assist with state agency responses as required. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies and best practices. Develop and implement employee training and professional development programs. Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of five years of HR management experience; experience in Financial Services, Banking, or CPA industries strongly preferred. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or similar). Oversee HR staff and direct reports (if applicable). Report directly to the Managing Partners.
