Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: Westerville, OH Employment Type: Contract (12 Weeks) Pay Rate: $19$22/hr (Based on Experience) Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to provide coverage during a 12-week leave. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and experience in accounts payable or administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Enter invoices into the system and schedule for payment Reconcile invoices and research discrepancies Approve expense statements and reimbursements Input permit account entries and make bank deposits Correspond with vendors and maintain accurate records Manage vendor setup and insurance documentation Investigate past-due invoices and confirm billing timelines Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Qualifications:
Required: High school diploma or GED 1+ year of accounts payable experience Strong time management and prioritization skills Comfortable handling large volumes of numerical data Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Preferred: Basic knowledge of accounting functions Experience with accounting or payroll software Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour Search managed by: Riley Grubbs Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
