Accounts Payable Specialist
Position: Accounts Payable Specialist Location: Boca Raton, FL (100% On-Site) Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM Pay range: $40k-$52k/year DOE Job Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable (AP) invoices for approval Set up new vendors in the system Open mail and scan invoices into the AP approval system Utilize 2- and 3-way matching of invoices to ensure accuracy Batch ACH payments and submit for CFO approval Process check payments in a timely manner Handle and respond to emails from vendors and employees Qualifications:
