EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience. Job Duties and Other Information: As an Administrative Coordinator 4, the incumbent will: Provide front office and account support functions across both primary care and behavioral health services. Independently perform insurance verification, payment plan management, referral/prior authorization coordination, and client financial education. Directly support revenue cycle operations by ensuring compliance with agency billing policies, insurance protocols, and documentation standards. Position-Specific Details: Location: This position is located at SCLHSA's River Parishes Behavioral Health Center, located in Laplace, LA. Appointment Type: This vacancy may be filled as a Classified Job Appointment or Probationary Appointment. If filled as a Job Appointment, the position may transfer into a Probationary Appointment at a future date. Compensation: The actual starting salary depends on the education and experience of the selected applicant.
