WCLC Operations Specialist - 2nd Shift
The WC Operations Specialist will monitor order flow and distribution analytics within the Distribution Center. Position reports to Area Manager. No Direct Reports. Must possess the ability to: Engage operational leadership, partner departments and production associates by identifying, communicating and maintaining service levels, quality expectations and productivity Monitor and maintain inbound and outbound flows in the distribution center through the use of DC automation and systems Provide leadership and support to operations by serving as a functional subject matter expert for warehouse management and warehouse control systems Effectively move between operational areas and apply experience and skills to support business needs Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1-3 years hands on experience with WMS applications and WCS software Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all roles in the distribution environment Advanced experience with operational reporting tools including development, execution and maintenance using queries, Access, Excel and other software applications Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business manuals and instructions Strong written and verbal communications skills in personal and group settings
