Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for an upcoming contract opportunity with one of our valued clients in Cincinnati, OH. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of AP processes and financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Process high-volume invoices accurately and in a timely manner Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Assist with month-end closing and reporting Maintain vendor files and ensure compliance with internal controls Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred 13 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Why Partner with LHH: LHH Recruitment Solutions connects skilled professionals with top employers.
