A growing commercial construction company in Chandler is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with a strong background in AIA billing and construction-related receivables. This fully onsite role offers consistent hours, long-term stability, and opportunities for growth within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit AIA billing for multiple commercial construction projects Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and payment tracking Maintain accurate billing schedules and project financial records Collaborate with project managers and accounting team to ensure timely and accurate billing Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts Assist with lien waivers, compliance documentation, and monthly reporting Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: 23 years of recent experience in commercial construction A/R and AIA billing Experience with construction accounting software Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment Pay Details:
