LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a fast-growing, innovative software company specializing in subscription-based services. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely application of customer payments and maintaining clean financial records. Position Summary

The Cash Applications Specialist will be responsible for processing and reconciling incoming payments, resolving unapplied cash issues, and supporting the accounts receivable function. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a subscription-based billing environment and be comfortable working in a hybrid schedule based in King of Prussia, PA. Key Responsibilities

Accurately apply customer payments (ACH, wire, credit card, checks) to appropriate accounts and invoices Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied cash transactions Reconcile daily cash receipts and maintain accurate records in the ERP system Collaborate with billing, collections, and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies Assist with month-end close activities related to cash and AR Support process improvements and automation initiatives within the cash applications function Maintain compliance with internal controls and company policies Qualifications

2+ years of experience in cash applications or accounts receivable Prior experience in a subscription-based or SaaS company is required Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Must be able to work hybrid from the King of Prussia, PA office Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
