Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic Product team. This role will focus on supporting a pilot program through structured data entry, story grooming, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate data entry and validation for project-related imagery and metadata.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather essential information and ensure data quality.
• Write and groom user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules based on product requirements.
• Maintain and prioritize the project backlog to align with the product roadmap.
• Track project goals, metrics, and user feedback while preparing reports and updates for stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure aligned expectations.
• Document workflows, process maps, and training materials as necessary.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar capacity.
• Strong proficiency with JIRA and Confluence for story writing and backlog management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data-centric tools and digital product workflows.
• Experience in retail or merchandising platforms.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
