Base pay range $13,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
The General Manager has complete charge of the day-to-day operations of first-class, high-rise luxury rental residences and mixed-use facilities shared with hospitality, retail, office, and other common areas.
This role is responsible for the operation, maintenance, management, lease expiration management, capital projects, financial reporting, and other operational aspects of the asset.
The General Manager collaborates with residents and prospects to understand their needs, ensuring the property is effectively managed relative to operations and marketing strategies during lease-up and stabilization.
The position requires building and maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors, employees, and residents. A flexible schedule and 24/7 availability to respond to operational issues and emergencies are required.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing (preferred). Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in property management, with luxury high-rise experience required. Lease-up, mixed-use management, budgeting, personnel management, and resident relations experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of customer service practices; ability to interpret technical procedures, leases, and regulations; excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
Technical Proficiency:
Yardi, TAA Blue Moon, Building Link, SALTO Access Control, Key Track, Microsoft Office Suite.
Other:
Valid Texas driver’s license and auto liability insurance required.
