Science is our passion; care is our talent. Role Overview The Director, Operations Digital Products is a key leadership role within the Kenvue Operations Digital Transformation Office organization. This role will focus on enabling data-driven decision-making across key Supply Chain Operations domains – Procurement, Make, Sustainability, Strategy and trade compliance. This leader heads a team of digital product owners and analysts to deliver analytics products and front-end consumption layers that embed seamlessly into business workflows. The team will partner closely with business stakeholders to build roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure that solutions drive measurable operational impact for the stated domains. What You Will Do
The Director, Operations Digital Products leads a team to enable data-driven decision-making across Supply Chain Operations domains. You will deliver analytics products and front-end consumption layers that integrate into business workflows, partnering with stakeholders to build roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and ensure measurable operational impact. Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement & Strategy
Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities across Operations Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and business cases Deeply understand business processes and strategy and identify opportunities to generate incremental value through digital capabilities
Product Roadmap & Development
Define and manage multi-year roadmaps for data and digital products that support operational excellence and innovation Identify products needing investment tied to a three-year operating plan Define modules and features to meet business outcomes Align with operational leadership on timing to ensure investments and efforts are in sync
Partnering & Delivery
Work with cross-functional development teams to build, test, and deploy scalable analytics and digital solutions Ensure seamless integration of digital capabilities into workflows and processes
Reusable Data Products
Lead design and delivery of reusable data assets supporting analytics, automation, and decision-making Collaborate with functions and regions for training and adoption; plan enhancements to improve adoption and value Champion data quality, governance, and lifecycle management
Leadership & Governance
Build and lead a high-performing team of product owners and business analysts Establish governance frameworks for product lifecycle management Drive continuous improvement in product management methodologies
Qualifications
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within a related industry Minimum of 7 years of experience in data and digital transformation (e.g., data analytics, digital product development) Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Strong digital and data acumen Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration at all levels Proven track record of successful product launches Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results focus Experience applying Design Thinking principles to deliver impactful solutions Desired Qualifications MBA or master’s/PhD in a relevant field is strongly preferred Agile certification (e.g., SAFe, CSPO) is preferred Experience with Microsoft Azure stack preferred Experience in Design Thinking approaches to inform product development What’s In It For You
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:
$183,175.00 - $258,600.00 This takes into account location, skills, experience, education level, and other job-related factors.
