Division Sales Manager - Payroll/ HCM/ HR (PDM) and lead a sales team, driving growth for Heartland. Remote field leadership with a home-based role and local requirement. You will run appointments with your reps to demonstrate our solutions and drive business impact. Responsibilities
Lead and recruit a sales team; develop talent; coach and close sales; work independently and as part of a team. Develop and execute sales strategies, manage client engagements, and maintain a client-centric approach. Maintain regular communication with sales leaders and reps; train, coach, and mentor the team. Proactively prospect and network with CPAs and Brokers; use social media and other methods to attract top talent. Attend to daily appointments with new and veteran sales reps; demonstrate how Heartland’s payroll/HCM solutions can improve client operations. Contribute to a growth-focused culture with an emphasis on performance and merit-based advancement. Meet requirements for a work-from-home field sales leadership role, with local residency confirmed. Compensation & Benefits
Uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity (first-year expectations: $90,000 - $130,000+).
