We are seeking a mission-driven
Head of Partnerships
to lead and scale our partnership ecosystem. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of partnerships—developing strategy, building programs, and driving measurable revenue. You’ll work with specialty networks, EHRs, and private equity groups to create co-sell motions and long-term growth opportunities. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape how partnerships fuel the next phase of growth for a fast-scaling health tech company. Key Responsibilities
Define and lead partnership strategy across EHRs, specialty networks, and private equity groups. Build, scale, and manage strategic partnerships from initiation to execution. Develop repeatable programs and processes that accelerate revenue growth. Drive measurable impact through joint go-to-market motions with partners. Leverage and expand your network to create new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership to align on partnership priorities. Qualifications
Experience & Seniority 4+ years of progressive experience in partnerships or business development, ideally within healthcare startups or growth-stage companies. Extensive track record in health tech partnerships or BD (SaaS experience is a strong plus). Education Technical Skills Familiarity with EHRs or adjacent platforms (product, marketplace, compliance). Comfortable with APIs, HL7 or FHIR, SFTP, security, and privacy standards. Leadership & Relationships Strong existing network across EHRs, private equity groups, and specialty networks. Proven ability to build, influence, and lead senior-level partnerships. Other Requirements Must be willing to work in person in San Francisco 4–5 days per week. Why Join
