Overview
We are hiring a
Head of Partnerships
to build and scale the partnership ecosystem for a fast-growing, well-funded healthcare AI startup. This is a high-impact role, reporting directly to the executive team, with the chance to shape strategy and own partner relationships end-to-end. Compensation
Base pay range : $150,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr This range is provided by Benchstack Ai. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Location
San Francisco, CA What you’ll do
Develop and launch a full partner strategy, tiers, and operating model Own relationships with healthcare systems, specialty networks, EHRs, and private equity groups Secure new channel and revenue-generating deals Collaborate with product and engineering on partner integrations (APIs, data flows, SLAs) Launch co-sell, referral, and reseller programs with clear GTM motions Manage joint account planning, QBRs, and pipeline reviews with partners Create enablement materials, playbooks, and co-marketing initiatives What we’re looking for
4+ years of experience in business development or partnerships (healthcare preferred) Proven ability to source, close, and scale strategic partnerships Experience working cross-functionally with product and GTM teams Track record building partner programs from the ground up Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Seniority level
