We are seeking a Head of Partnerships at Series-B HealthTech startup based out of San Francisco. This role will build out the partnership ecosystem, programs, and processes to drive growth. You will own partnerships from start to finish, leading and scaling initiatives with specialty networks, EHRs, and private equity groups to generate measurable revenue and co-sell motions. The ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-driven, and mission-oriented leader.
What You'll Do
Build from scratch:
Develop and implement the partner strategy, tiers, and operating model. Source and Close Deals:
Secure new channel deals that create revenue, including new revenue streams through EHR partnerships. Integrations:
Define the scope of integrations with the product and engineering teams, covering APIs, data flows, SLAs, and security. Co-Sell Motion:
Launch reseller, referral, and co-sell programs with clear rules of engagement. Partner Management:
Manage joint account planning, pipeline reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Enablement:
Create training, playbooks, demos, and solution briefs for both partners and the go-to-market (GTM) team. Co-Marketing:
Plan events, announcements, webinars, and case studies with partners. Leadership:
Work with the CEO and the executive team on resourcing and ecosystem priorities. Scale Systems:
Build reporting and processes that can scale with revenue growth and headcount. Who you are
4+ years of experience Ideally has progressive experience in BD/partnerships at a healthcare startup/company (Tech/SaaS experience is a bonus) Familiar with EHRs or adjacent platforms across product, marketplace, and compliance Comfortable with APIs, HL7 or FHIR, SFTP, security, and privacy Useful relationships across EHRs, PE networks, and specialty networks Must be willing to work 4- 5x/week in person in SF
