Customer Service Representative II
to join our fast-paced call center team in Orlando. In this role, you'll support customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure seamless service delivery while helping resolve inquiries and issues efficiently. You'll play a vital part in delivering freight solutions that keep our global operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and business partners via phone and email Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner Diagnose and resolve issues with accuracy and empathy Track and monitor delivery routes Scan haul-away PODs and verify stamps Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders Required Qualifications
1+ year of customer service experience in a call center environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual in English/Spanish Experience with other business software tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive under pressure
