Customer Service Representative

to join our fast-paced operations team in Kent, WA. In this role, you will work directly with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure seamless service delivery while helping resolve inquiries efficiently. Bilingual

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers and business partners via phone and email Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and calm manner Diagnose, assess, and resolve service issues quickly Track and monitor delivery routes Scan haul-away PODs and verify stamps Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders Required Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation for commuting Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year of customer service or call center experience Bilingual English/Spanish (highly beneficial) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to thrive in a

very busy, fast-paced environment
