Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle
- Coordinate interviews and support offer development
- Attend job fairs and collaborate with technical schools
- Track recruiting metrics and support onboarding and compliance
- Ensure alignment with employment laws and internal policies
- Experience recruiting in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Skilled in sourcing passive candidates, especially via LinkedIn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
