Talent Acquisition - HR
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and lead recruitment efforts across key departments including Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Services, Accounting, and Administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle
Coordinate interviews and support offer development
Attend job fairs and collaborate with technical schools
Track recruiting metrics and support onboarding and compliance
Ensure alignment with employment laws and internal policies
Qualifications:
Experience recruiting in manufacturing or industrial settings
Skilled in sourcing passive candidates, especially via LinkedIn
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
