Project Accountant - growth path to Controller! Salary: $85,000-$105,000 + discretionary bonus. This is a high-visibility role with a well-established organization in the New England market. The Project Accountant will support both project and corporate accounting while working closely with the Controller and project managers.

What You’ll Do: Project Accountant

• Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general accounting functions
• Month-end close
• Handle monthly AIA billing
• Maintain subcontract files (contracts, insurance, lien waivers, retention)
• Serve as backup in cash management, payroll, sales tax, and job cost maintenance
• Support Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Provide support to the Controller across multiple areas

What We’re Looking For: Project Accountant

• Experience as a Project Accountant, Senior Accountant, or similar role
• BS, Accounting, Finance, or related
• Familiarity with construction accounting and AIA billing is a plus
