Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes. Oversee and manage inventory costing and valuation, ensuring accuracy in a manufacturing environment. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential issues. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Take a proactive role in identifying and implementing process improvements. Collaborate with other departments to manage and track project costs. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Staff Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience with inventory management and costing. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
