We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by preparing high-quality dishes in a timely manner. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for seasonal offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and storage practices. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to management. Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests. Uphold high standards of quality and presentation for all dishes served. Experience Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Dietary department experience or dietary aide experience is preferred. Strong culinary skills, including knife skills and meal preparation techniques. Familiarity with food service operations, including catering and restaurant environments. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Previous experience in fine dining establishments is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
