Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food products with care, ensuring proper storage and handling techniques are followed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. Execute meal preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Utilize knife skills effectively for food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients. Participate in catering events as needed, providing excellent food service to guests. Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is beneficial. A strong background in the food industry with experience in restaurant or kitchen settings is essential. Familiarity with fine dining practices and standards is preferred. Culinary experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning is required. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is necessary to maintain a safe working environment.
