The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and will have experience in the food industry, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable dining experience through attentive service and expert knowledge of our menu offerings. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu descriptions and make recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction, including upselling specials and promotions. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions. Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for checks. Skills Previous restaurant experience, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is preferred. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Culinary experience is a plus, enhancing your ability to describe menu items effectively. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and check processing. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
