Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dishes that meet our restaurant's standards for excellence. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. ( We are closed on Sundays, open at 3:00 until 8:00 on Mondays, Tuesday & Wednesday 11:00 until 8:00 and Thursday, Friday & Saturdays from 11:00 until 9:00. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in catering events as required, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Uphold high standards of food handling and sanitation practices. Skills Proven experience in a restaurant or culinary setting, preferably with fine dining experience. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proficiency in food preparation techniques, including knife skills and meal preparation. Experience in menu planning and catering is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team. A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
